CentraCare Alexandria Dialysis is a collaborative relationship between CentraCare Health System and Douglas County Hospital. CentraCare Dialysis provides dialysis services for individuals whose kidneys do not function adequately. Hemodialysis is the method used in this unit. CentraCare Dialysis at DCH is a seven chair unit. The unit is open Mondays through Saturdays. CentraCare provides high quality care utilizing a team approach. The dialysis care team consists of nephrologists, nursing staff, dietary, and social services.
