The occupational therapy department assists individuals to restore ability and independence in daily lives which include home and work activities. Events such as stroke, arthritis, degenerative neurological diseases, fractures and nerve injuries are conditions which can interfere with individual's independent functioning. The occupational therapists treat inpatients and outpatients of all ages.
