Physical Therapy mobilizes, strengthens and reduces pain in order to promote your highest level of functioning. Treatments involve stretching, strengthening, gait, balance and coordination along with pain management and education programs.

Douglas County Hospital staff consists of eight Physical Therapists, five Physical Therapy Assistants and five Support Staff with a total therapy experience of over 250 years to provide you with the best care.

Douglas County Hospital services outpatients, inpatients and home care patients of all ages. Douglas County Hospital (DCH) provides physical therapy services at 3 convenient locations including Douglas County Hospital, Alexandria Clinic and our specialized Spine Rehab program at Central MN Spine Clinic.
