The Return to Work program focuses on injury prevention in the workplace and assisting injured individuals return to work. An individual may undergo a Functional Capacity Evaluation which determines one's physical tolerance and established current work-related abilities. The Return to Work program offers the following to individuals and employers:

• Functional Capacity Evaluation
• Work Conditioning
• Job Analysis (On Site)
• Industry Consultation
• Pre-placement Evaluation
